Our catalog contains AISI 304, AISI 316, 12X18N10T stainless steel flanges, 10X17N13M2T of various types, including:
- welded flanges DIN and GOST. They are welded to the ends of the pipes with two seams. A gasket is installed between the flanges to ensure the tightness and uniformity of the pressure distribution, then the connection is tightened using a fastener. Withstand pressure up to 2.5 MPa;
- collar flanges DIN and GOST. They have in the center a cone ledge — collar, which is welded to the end of the pipe. A pair of flanges is tightened. The resulting sealed connection operates at a pressure of up to 40 MPa;
- free flanges are stainless and silomine. Connection with free flanges is created using a special part — of the collar (board-chip, selection), which is welded with a cake to the pipe end with a free flange previously worn on it. Such connections are installed on hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline that need frequent repair and maintenance. If the pressure on the site does not exceed 1 MPa, then in the compound you can use cheaper silomine flanges;
- DIN and GOST flange plugs to block the flow;
- flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. Steel is designed for installation on responsible sections of the pipeline, in other cases, wound, Teflon, EPDM gaskets are used.
